The Cipro is an effective antibiotic, but the Prednisone is an immunosuppressant. I don't understand how they could be used together, especially if the problem is an infection on her toe?
And she seems to be experiencing the side effects of the Prednisone like depression and increased urination. Today we came home to find that she had actually wet herself.
It's startling to see her like this, especially since she's such a happy dog. She gets plenty of calcium, also.
